The Start of Shamrock Appraisal and Consulting Services

Inspired by my cousin’s real estate investing business, and a book called “Rich Dad, Poor Dad,” I moved to State College, Pennsylvania from Cincinnati, Ohio in 2004.  Alongside my cousin and with $5,000, I purchased my first investment property and learned the real estate investing business from the ground up. Along the way, I obtained my PA Real Estate Salesperson License and began apprenticing as an Appraiser Trainee.  I have been very fortunate to learn from some of the smartest and most experienced real estate professionals in Centre County.  Six years after obtaining my PA Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License, I started Shamrock Appraisal and Consulting Services, Inc.

In June of 2023, I obtained my PA General Appraiser License to provide real estate appraisal services for all types of property in Central Pennsylvania.
